| CAPSEA provides confidential ongoing assistance to victims of all physical, sexual, and domestic abuse in Elk and Cameron counties. SErvices include a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention, counseling/suport, emergency shelter, Protection From Abuse informaiton and referral, and transportation.accompaniment to medical/legal appointments. Prevention education/training to schools, community groups, and professionals is available. |

| Provides 9-1-1 emergency services. Provides education to children and adults on what to do in an Emergency. Wally Wise Guy in costume teaches information on chemical and weather emergencies, how to use 9-1-1 and what to tell the dispatcher in case of an emergency. |
